Gaia Online's 'zOMG!' MMO Enters Closed Beta

Posted July 28, 2008 - By Jeffrey Kanjanapangka

Here are some new screens for the popular Gaia Online MMO which just hit the closed beta stage of games production.  While over 120,000 applicants were taken back in april for the casual MMO, only about 10,000 players will be able to take part in the hardcore-casual experience (oxymoron?)  Also, to cap off the announcement developer TriplePoint has announced the game's title as... no joke... zOMG

Still designed in a free-to-play, Flash-based environment with a heavy anime-flair, players accepted into the closed beta will have the oppurtunity to play with the games creators and enjoy the fruits of the developers' labor since 2006.  If you are however not selected, G4 still has your back.  Check out our gallery that's always open to everyone who applies.
