Bad news for gamers in over 30 countries trying to download the first expansion pack to Konami's shooter, Metal Gear Online. It seems that Konami is not accepting credit card payments from a whole mess of countries.
Konami's own site claims that this is only based on the country a person's Konami ID was first created in. However, a gamer from one of the banned countries tried to make an American Konami ID and still didn't have any luck in purchasing the add-on.
