You saw it live on stage during G4's E3 '08 Live coverage, but we captured the footage of Sony and Insomniac's PS3 shooter, Resistance 2, directly and now present it to you in glorious HD.

Insomniac better think about putting the weapon wheel back in the game, allowing us to rotate weapons. "More realistic" with only two at one time... yeah well I guess a mass alien invasion is also realistic. Awesome.

It was ok, nothing that impressive only on how it looks graphics wise... It just seemed staged, the creature was drawn just to you, then you getting tossed around through buildings like a rag doll and no damage??? I mean, I know it's a game but what the hell!!!... The other videos of the game looked pretty good, but I don't know about this one, Playing a large level with that thing is gonna get annoying. so far this is killing the game for me...

i'm sorry i had high hoped when seeing the screenshot. but the leviathan battle looked uninspiring. the destruction looked weak the player kinda floats around. i want a ps3 but this does little to pursuade me.

jea if u guys knew the story u would know that the aliens infected him and thats y hes able to regenerate health so hes kinda superhuman

I for one love this levithan battle its awesome, I like big bosses like the giant in ninja gaiden, staff puff in ghostbusters, giants in viking battle for asgaurd, and man the rocket launcher looks awesome. Also did you see the video with all those little skinny chimera running at you its nutz like zombies. This game is going to own

@MyXxBitterXxHeroics--shoulda bought the right system!
But beyond the PS3/360 squabble, this game looks awesome from either side. I just had my friend (who is a 360 fanboy, BTW) watch that, and he said, "This is for both platforms, right?" I told him "Nope! You're screwed!" and he was jealous. Yeah, that's right. We've got an official Halo-killer.

When the new shadow of the colossus game comes out we'll be fighting more battles like this. The game seems to handle the big fella flawlessly, can't wait to see what the future has in store.

Laying aside the console dispute (I own all 3 consoles) this game looks AMAZING. I really liked the first Resistance, and this looks to take it to a whole new level with Insomniac better understanding how to utilize PS3's hardware this time around.

To all these "meh" responses.... ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS?
