'Soulcalibur IV' Famitsu Rating

Posted July 23, 2008 - By jmanalang

We absolutely cannot wait for Namco Bandai's Soulcalibur IV coming out next week for the PS3 and 360, especially after Famitsu Weekly (Japan's famed gaming publication) gave the game a 35/40 rating. Even though it's not a perfect score - a feat rarely achieved by games through Famitsu - the rating is still very high, considering the fact that the game is reviewed four times by different writers. With the inclusion of online multiplayer, this game will be stuck on our fighting hands for a long while.

Soulcalibur IV also features exclusive characters from the Star Wars universe. Yoda will show the ways of The Force in the Xbox 360 version, while Darth Vader will consume Playstation 3 players with the Dark Side. Check out the trailer after the cut.
