This might be the biggest news to come out of E3 08: Knights of the Old Republic MMO has reportedly been confirmed.
Portfolio.com published a short excerpt of an interview with EA boss John Riccitiello where he talked about the MMOs EA has in development: "the one that people are dying for us to talk to them about -- in partnership with Lucas, coming out of BioWare." Not new info--previously, everyone assumed this meant a KOTOR MMO--but here's the new news:
N. Evan Van Zelfden, the writer of the report, said Riccitiello was asked specifically if he was talking about "KOTOR Online," and Riccitiello responded unequivocally, "Yes."
So, it's a little he-said-she-said, but moving toward official.
