Reggie Fils-Aime took the stage today at Nintendo's E3 press conference to announce a sequel to game that made everyone sit up and take notice of the Wii, Wii Sports. The game is titled Wii Sports Resort and it will come with the recently announced Wii Motion Plus peripheral.
Reggie and Cammie Dunaway gave a brief demo that included Disc Dog, some jetskiing, and some sword fighting. All three games showed off how the Wii Motion Plus brings added motion sensitivity to the Wii's controls. According to Reggie, Wii Sports Resort will released for sale in Spring of 2009.
