Rockstar co-founder Sam Houser is the type of succesful businessman who tries his best to stay out of the media limelight. But when he speaks, he damn well means it. In an interview with MCV, Houser talked about the dilemma of his company's ongoing success:
"[My biggest challenge has been] surviving in an environment in which powerful people want to put you out of business for their own political or economic capital," said Houser.
It's quite a guard up, but if your company is the creator of one of the world's most successful, yet highly controversial video game titles, you're bound to get some enemies. Or maybe even hidden cameras following you, possibly henchmen plotting to steal your car, drive it to a near Pay 'N Spray and color it cotton candy blue, throw a Cluckin Bell taco at it, pick up a hooker and...yeah, you get the point. But not to worry Sam, being fans of your titles, you keep doing what you're doing man. And we're sure your number one supporter agrees with that too.
