SAG Rejects Hollywood Offer, Strike Imminent

Seriously, what the hell.

After $2 billion worth of revenue due to the writer's strike, SAG (Screen Actors Guild) rejected a $250 million in additional compensation for over three years from Hollywood studios. This is just one step closer to the imminent actor's strike.

"We made it clear our final is our final and that we're not interested in further counterproposals," said Jesse Hiestand, a spokesman for the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers. SAG rejected the offer after a private five hour meeting last Thursday, when they demanded greater compensation for DVDs, endorsement rights, blah blah $$$. 

Hell, we all might as well have a viewer's strike.
