This just touches our retro gameplay hearts. Check the the first available Megaman 9 gameplay video below. Some of you will say that the graphics and gameplay are outdated, but we disagree: It's simply classic.

You don't need to go back to crap graphics to have a retro feel. I picked up mega-man zero and it is still sitting in my Gameboy Micro because it's a tight game. Yeah, it's hard as Chris Hardwick staring at Olivia Munn, but it's MEGAMAN in a classic style with incremental improvements.

I don't know the first level kinda looks like the cloud level from either MegaMan 2 or 3 I can't remember so it might just be fake footage.

but... does this game really exist? i mean, Megaman 7 came out for the SNES, and 8 came out for PS and Saturn... why would Capcom go back to NES to release 9? you sure this isn't a hack or hoax?

What's up guys, long time no see. Classic Mega Man is awesome but somehow I do not think that this is real. We'll see though.

They should have gone way as the rerelease of Bionic Commando did. I am also wondering if they are going to make it as difficult, and limited continues as the originals.

I believe it is entirely real footage.

The game is supposed to be the first to be released simultaneously on XBLA, WiiWare, and PSN.

it's not real I remember those levels from the old megaman days.
