the pose is all off. what makes the illustration on the left appealing is the air of innocence the woman has while she fellates a lolly. the woman on the right has oversexed it by having both shoulder straps down instead of just one, moving her hand from a playful position near her hair to a very suggestive one closer to her breast, and by looking directly into the camera rather than looking coyly away from it. in doing so she loses all of the charm, appeal and implied seduction of the illustration in favor of base hypersexuality and thusly i am not nearly as interested in this as i thought i would be.

also note the relative positions of the bellybuttons. one should also take note of the backgrounds; while the one on the left has an appropriate urban feel, the one on the right looks like it was indeed shot in the san fernando valley.

The one on the right looks like all the other wannabe club rats that go to California bars looking for some dude. Is she attractive?
