Ever wonder how it feels like to be a company executive? $4.76 million.

Departing Atari CEO Bruno Bonnell is reported to receive the above amount in severance from its parent company, Infogrames. With industry experts David Hardner and ex-Sony executive Phil Harrison on the helms, Infogrames has decided to fully acquire Atari earlier this year due to the company's ailing financial status.

However, Atari's annual report stated that they were not asked about the resignation agreement between Bonnell and Infogrames:

"Neither our Board of Directors nor any member of our management was consulted about the agreement between IESA and Mr. Bonnell and our management was not provided with a copy of the agreement until more than two months after it was signed," GameDaily reports what the annual read.

Maybe Bonnell needs to tell Atari:

Didn't you get the memo?
