Venom Games, the studio that brought you Don King Presents: Prizefighter (Nintendo DS, Xbox 360, Wii) and Rocky: Legends (Xbox and PS2), is set to close down at the end of the month, according to computerandvideogames.com.
Part of the 2K Games group of studios, Newcastle-based Venom was informed of the decision earlier this week. CVG does not say whether staff will remain with the Take-Two family, who currently have "no comment" on the matter.
Bummer.
