Workplaces Training Employees With Games

According to new statistics, over 70% of US companies are training their employees with some sort of interactive software, and more than 75% of those companies are using some sort of simulation game-based training at some point. Looks like the world is catching up to gaming, at least a little at a time.

Does this mean that gamers will eventually be the best employees on the job market? Not necessarily, since they will still have to leave the house for the job interview, but if they can get the job, they might be able to level up in the training scenario.
