Whether or not you're a Rock Band fan, you have to admit it's pretty awesome that Harmonix is reaching into the ether to come up with awesome downloads on a weekly basis. The full albums have been very interesting so far, what with Judas Priest's Screaming For Vengeance and The Cars' The Cars making the list. Now, those Boston homers will release The Pixies' Doolittle as DLC, for the end of the month.

For those that don't know, Doolittle was a classic post-punk album that inspired artists from Smashing Pumpkins to Nirvana, and contained the awesome "Debaser," as well as the single "Here Comes Your Man," and teeth ratting awesomeness like "Mr. Greaves" and "Monkey Gone To Heaven." Find it, buy it, and then play it.
