We've heard the news that Darth Vader and Yoda will be playable characters in upcoming fighting game Soulcalibur IV, but another Star Wars dude will be in the game as well. Will we be blasting fools as Han Solo? Jet-packing around with Boba Fett? Doing nothing while Jar Jar Binks is beaten into a bloody mist? Nope! Better! The new character is the much beloved Secret Apprentice!
Wait, who?
The Secret Apprentice! The star of The Force Unleashed! The apprentice of Darth Vader! If you haven't heard of him yet, but you will. That's him in the pic above. He fights with a lightsaber, and is available in both the 360 and PS3 version of the game, so it's marginally cooler than if they had made, say, Lando Calrissian a playable character, but not as cool as, say, Chewbacca.
Soulcalibur IV is dropping on the Xbox 360 and PS3 on July 29. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is coming for the PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable, and Nintendo DS on September 16.
