Coldplay on Guitar Hero?

There will soon be some dlc for Guitar Hero from Coldplay. As a huge publicity rollout for their new album, Viva La Vida, they've placed "Violet Hill" on the slate of downloadables available soon.

Now before you get all in a huff about how they're not a guitary type band, check this quote from Chris Martin, husband to Gwyneth Paltrow and father of a child named Apple: "It’s not [all] about the piano s***."

Sounds like the kind of crap Guitar Hero always puts in their games that inevitably make me stop playing them. Their soundtracks are always kinda hit or miss, and their misses are horrible. Coldplay is about as guitar rock as Chopin.

Have you guys even heard the track? It ROCKS HARD! In all honesty, I think it is the only song in their repertoire(sp?) that would work for Guitar Hero! And if you d-bags don't like the idea of Coldplay in your GH3, it's DLC. Just. Don't. Download. It.
Seriously, I've heard of 7-year-olds that are more mature than you lot.

um, coldplay has been mainstream for a while. they play them all the time on LA's KROQ.

and yeah, the songs from the new album kick pretty good ass!
