Transformers producer Michael Bay is working with Universal to develop a film around Hasbro's supernatural game Ouija Board.
Platinum Dunes' Bay, Andrew Form, and Brad Fuller will produce Ouija along with Hasbro, who have a six-year strategic partnership with Universal. David Berenbaum, who penned Elf and worked on The Spiderwick Chronicles, Zoom, and The Haunted Mansion, is set to script the sucker.
This would be great news….if there hadn’t already been a crappy Ouija Board movie. Witchboard anyone? Or how about Witchboard 2: The Devil's Doorway or Witchboard III: The Possession? Maybe they should just cut to the chase and call this Witchboard 4: The Reckoning.
