NYC iPhone Line Suggests Black Market

When people started to line up at the NYC Apple store, everyone assumed it was for the presumed June 9th release date of the new iPhone 2.0. Turns out, everyone was waiting for their chance to purchase a first generation iPhone before the stock is depleated to make room for the newer model. Wired blog also noticed that most of the people in line are Asian, and made the connection that they could from Chinatown, getting paid to wait in line by black market iPhone crackers and bootleggers; a huge industry in China. I think we'll reserve judgement on this one and just say there's a big line.
