EA Sports just announced the NASCAR 09 soundtrack and it’s looking really ‘eavy, mate.

Actually, it’s a pretty keen mix of alt (From First to Last, The Black Keys), country/roots (Keith Anderson, Christian Kane) and lotsa ass kickin’ hard rock (AFI, Airbourne, P.O.D., Jet Black Stare, Rev Theory). Put it this way, there's certainly enough sonic fire power here to go with your high-octane, near-death racing experience!

NASCAR 09 hits retail in early June on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 2.
