AT&T announced today that their 3G network will be complete by July, which still needs to be rolled out to six markets across the US.
They will become the only US carrier with HSUPA/HSDPA across their entire network. This means broadband-speed uploads and downloads for 3G AT&T customers.
"Today the superfast AT&T 3G network is available in more than 275 markets. By year-end, the AT&T 3G network will be available in nearly 350 markets."
I won't bore you with the details of AT&T's 3G rollout any longer, but I will point out that a certain AT&T exclusive touch screen phone is rumored to be getting a 3G version at the end of June.
Could this all be timed for the rollout of a 3G iPhone? We think so.
