is it just me or is she annoying as hell.

WOoooow, G4 is still in denial that HDDVD got crushed. Unless you know nothing about video games and movies, you need to specify which Blu-Ray players didn't have a jump on sales, the stand-alone players or the PS3. There is a big difference, the PS3 has been selling exeptionally well since christmas which counts as a BR player. As for the stand-alone player, most folks who are up to date know that most of them can not be upgradable. The upgradable ones are the pricey ones, so it only makes sense to get the PS3 as a BR cause its the best in market, for the price.

G4 is losing its step, they are way off on this story. Whats with this new fake Access Hollywood wannabe show anyways.

I guess its going to be for a while, since the host is throwing herself at the owner of the station.

Meh, her voice is a bit grating, she just barely qualifies as "TV Pretty", the news stories are insipid and condescending, and the blue screen "set" was distracting.

I didn't care for this feature at all.

Another nail in G4's coffin. Sad really... Gaming and electronics are bigger than ever before and this is what we get.

ok, clearly in the minority and I agree with what you guys said, but she is pretty...and I'm glad to see more of her. *Runs and hides now*

I didn't get the whole blue ray sales thing,
did they just say the HD DVD's death has been exaggerated???

Ya Blue Ray is expensive, not everybody is super rich. but I'm sure in the future sales will continue to go up. I didn't expect it to be very high.

As long Sony continues to use Blue Ray in Games to allow more content in Games, I'm fine by that. I can't wait for MGS4(which supposedly uses up all of its space)... but first i have to get the bundle.

Can I just change things up a bit and say that I liked it? Like come on it was pretty decent, its the first show too, they'll improve what needs to be fixed. Its great to see that G4 is trying to stick to its roots and get some more tech oriented programs going.

I'll stick with Morgan's WebbAlert.

If it's just going to be corporate news can we give her a suit and tie and call her neil cavuto or wolf blitzer?

Came off as boring, the background was more exciting.

I like the new show.

This is EXACTLY what I said about her when she hosted The Feed Wrap-Up a couple times and it's even more apparent here. I feel sorry for her when I say this, but she needs to be swapped for someone else if this segment is to prosper.

If Layla is finally back to stay on The Feed Wrap-Up then give this "Tech News Countdown" to Kristin. Kristin deserves something more than just Cheat! (terrible script and no new episodes) and I'd hate to advocate giving her The Feed if it means taking it from Layla (who was there first), since Layla is pretty good(even if Kristin is slightly better at it).

The background was distracting as hell. It probably induces seasickness in people prone to such things.

Man...I used a LOT of parenthesis in one lump of text...

The show is pretty good. I like when Alison does the Feed (Layla is terrible) but here she may be a little over the top delivering the news. I like the energy she brings though. I do have to agree with "1mikeg" that the green screen background is distracting and not very creative. There's my 2 cents.

I guess you can keep the show just change the host.
Kristin or Layla would be nice.
Maybe even bring somebody fresh and new.
But if your gonna keep Alison no matter what we all say, it would be nice if she loosen up a bit.

I think it lacked the jokes and wit that G4 is known for. I think the show itself is completely unoriginal. I actually like the host, but I think she'd be better offset by another personality. Maybe a show that actually discusses the news and has some insight. The only people that do that are Adam and Morgan, though.

Also, I don't know if I'm comfortable with Comcast companies commenting on Comcast f&#$ing up.

I'm guessing none of you own stock in Comcast...and are therefore not a shareholder for G4TV's parent company. I'm also guessing you aren't employed by G4 and have little say in their decision making processes. I'm also guessing you get out the lotion every time you see Kristin or Layla.

I enjoy new shows, new talent, and new ideas. Sometimes it's nice to look at the pile and see new content. If online trolls controlled even a fraction of what they claim to be experts on, we'd all be screwed.

It was pretty much The Feed, but tech news.

BTW, all the G4 haters posting on here, if you hate G4 so much, why are you still here posting in the forums & comments sections?

Also, G4's airing a show about hurling, which is called...anyone wanna guess?...Hurl! That's right! I imagine any female fans of G4 have officially left with this show, if they haven't already left a long time ago. They have officially become MTV, just putting up random shows hoping to score good ratings, & not caring about their audience at all. Well, maybe I shouldn't say "at all" since they are showing The King of Kong, which is great for me since I never got to see it in theaters or on DVD.
