In the dark of night last night, Nintendo was busy fiddling around with your Wii. They launched the Nintendo Channel. Log on right now, and you should be able to download it.
The new internet portal allows you check out videos and trailers of a bunch of Wii and DS games. It can also send demos of DS games to handhelds, allowing you to try before you buy. (No Wii demos yet. Sorry) If you like what you see, The Nintendo Channel will hook you up with the retail links to order the product right there from retailers like Amazon, and Toys R Us....buut not GameStop.
Nintendo is also offering a referral service that will, much like Amazon or Netflix, make recommendations based on your tastes.
