Well, since the game's November release the game has sold over 10 million songs via Xbox Live Marketplace and PlayStation Networks.

Yup, during Viacom's quarterly presentation, released today, the company released this impressive figure as well as confirming that it has shipped "more than 3 million bundled units" to date.

Damn!

In fact, Rock Band's performance helped raise Viacom's overall Q1 (January-March) income 29 percent year-on-year to $567 million. Revenues were up 15 percent to $3.1 billion.

Viacom also noted strong sales of downloadable video content on Xbox Live Marketplace, such as South Park, and reported net earnings rose 33 percent to $270 million.
