You know what the internets need? More old people! And I don't mean naked ones, either.
Microsoft UK is offering a product to make things easier for our geriatric brothers and sisters. The "SeniorPC" will have a simplified interface and offer software that seniors will find useful. The company is considering rolling out an ad-supported machine and one that uses a "social software licensing model."
When my grandmother was alive, she seemed to enjoy growing scraggly little plants in a milk cartons she'd cut into planters and talking to telemarketers. Maybe the Senior PC will come with websites about that already programmed into The Googles. We can only hope.
We asked GramPa TheFeed for comment, but he was in the hospital having his liver cleaned. He did take time to remind us that aging is the fate of us all, so don't make fun. Get well soon, Grampa TheFeed.
