What month has the best games?
Well, accoring to a recent study, the answer would be February. Next-Gen has scoured through the review scores of every game over the last six years to find out which month has the highest average scores. According to their results, February finished with an avergae score of 70.6, narrowly beating August which finished with a 70.2 average.
Where was November? The month of the Chrysanthemum actually finished a surprising 7th, with an average game score of 67.1. And, according to Next-Gen's score sheet, while everyone is clamoring that 2007 was the best year for gaming ever, the scores don't seem to have anything on 2002. Just something to think about. What do you folks think? Is February when the good games are really released?
