Pole-Dancing For The Wii?

Posted by Stephen Johnson - Tuesday, April 15, 2008 8:01 AM

The makers of the Peekaboo Poledancing portable stripper pole have expressed interest in making a pole-dancing videogame for the Wii.

It's just a concept right now, but the company behind the pole says that 'A-list celebs' Carmen Electra, Kylie Minogue, the Spice Girls and Pussycat Dolls are "fans of the company."

What do you think, reader: Good idea, or is the idea of "normal" girls and a stripper game more awkward than sexy?

Also: Secretly, when no one was around, you'll try playing it. It's okay, it's our little secret.

TechDigest: Peekaboo Pole Dancing concept game for the Wii: I'd like to see Reggie slide on that
(via Destructoid)

(Public Service Announcement: If your home "stripper pole" isn't securely mounted to the floor and the ceiling and certified to hold your girl's weight, it's not really a stripper pole and you're just a tourist.)

I know that pole dancing is the new buns of steel, but for the wii? naw, never happen.

Not only sexy, but they'll do what they do best, LOL!!!!! Na'h, I'm just playing ladies, LOL!!!

But for real, I'll rather see that than see the ladies over here argue who's turn is it......is a GENIUS!!! LOL!!!

Muwahahaha

I went to a party recently with a pole and this one girl was on it and fell off. I wonder if a on a Wii version if you fell off the avatar would fall off and her head would bounce like that.

Sorry that was in poor taste.

Kids: Don't Drink and Pole dance.

if that isn't an attempt by a stupid company to jump on a bandwagon without accurate knowledge of ANYTHING. i don't know what is. this has ZERO chance of ever working. for once i think this is a game that sony could handle best. the eyetoy could keep track of the body in relation to the large vertical line. but where would the six-axis go? i can think of one place it could be effective for motion sensing. but with no dualshock all the real draw of that position is lost. ;D

I bet M$ will copy this as well.

lol.

I think that's the weirdest flame war post I've ever seen. "The wii could NEVER handle pole dancing. Only the power of the PS3 could"
