Lair had such a ridiculous release. It was given generally low scores from the press (X-Play: 2/5) with one of the key points against the game being the mandatory SIXAXIS tilt control.
The developers defended their design decision and denied rumors that Sony paid them to push SIXAXIS to the fullest. They told the press that they were simply playing the game wrong and even sent out information packets on how to use the controls.
SIXAXIS wasn't wrong, we were.
Until today... an update to Lair will hit Japan on the 17th and hopefully the rest of the world will get it too. In the update: optional analog stick controls. It also comes with DualShock 3 support and a few extra dragons to fly.
Guess what, Factor 5. You were wrong. At least you're fixing your mistakes.
