Take-Two and Rockstar have acquired Mad Doc Software, the developers of the 360 port of Bully (X-Play Review), and formed Rockstar New England.
"The team at Mad Doc Software is extremely talented," said Sam Houser, Founder of Rockstar Games. "Bringing them within the Rockstar Games family will enhance our core technology and further support our commitment to creating progressive and innovative gaming experiences."

Hopefully, the new team at Rockstar New England will get to create some new games and not just be on port duty. Perhaps they're being tasked with GTA IV DLC?
