Watched it at 5:58 EST. Man, it's awesome =D Downloading it atm and gonna upload it on Youtube for people with a slow connection to be able to see it =D

That was awesome. I really hope though that in this game you can save anywhere you want and not just in a safe house.

Im not a huge fan of GTA games. They are fun but I have never bought one. But im definatly buying this one.

@MeaTeRoiD:Your the douchebag! do you realize the size and scope of this game? it's about quadruple the size of gears and bioshock put together, so naturally the graphics aren't going to be at that caliber but they shore don't look like crap they are acctually unique looking, gta series has it's own art style and it's cool looking not ultra realistic but artistic and this is deffinitely going to be the best so far.

is it too much to ask to actually see what the gameplay looks like? there are so many lame a$$ games out there with great cinematics! don't get me wrong, i know that this will be a good game, but come on. show me what the gameplay graphics look like!

Anyway, I just cant wait to fly around NY in that helacopter. I'm totaly going to play all 100 hours in 2 days...

This is a NextGen game, but somehow it looks like a PS2 game. For all of you, go back and take a REAL GOOD look at it...doesn't it look like GTA3 a little TOO much?! I want more game for my "supposed" NextGen system. For this? I shoulda kept my PS2.

The graphics should be tighter, humans look a little less square; that is not a style question. You cant say its a "style" thing because BAD graphics should not be considered a "style" choice.

I'm with MeaTeRoiD and Medea on this one.
All I get from watching this trailer is "Meh, that's pathetic for a next-gen game."
I don't want excuses of "oh but there's sooo much content" as to why the graphics fail. It's limited by content only because of the 360. They could happily crank up the graphics far beyond what they are right now for the PS3 version, and frankly, they should. If you're going to make a major installment in your main game series it should be done right. The only thing that remotely makes it stand out as not just a PS2 game is the lighting affects; an that's pretty pathetic.

Maybe we should all wait for the game to come out before we critisize it, maybe it will surprise us or maybe it won't be special at all, we will know in 1 month so until then ???

And one more thing is i know it will look better on my 36 in. HDTV than it does in a vid of a trailer on g4 or gametrailers because every game that comes out looks much better when playing it as apposed to what they show pre-release (except for halo 3,nothing against H3 i liked it but not loved it like i expected to) but if it still blows than who gives a f#ck it's not the end of the world. Peace!

You may have an argument if it were the same generation game but this is the first installment next gen which is going to be awesome. Remember GTA2 to GTA3? Plus if the previous games were among my favorite, why would I not buy this game? So are you saying that there were 8 million morons that bought Halo 3 too? Which IMO was WAY more the same to Halo 2 than GTA4 will be to its previous games

Yes, sequels are usually just more of the same with some incremental changes. The prolem here is that this game offers nothing new, it's just a bigger serving and you zealots are whipping yourselves into a buying frenzy. If you weren't so brand-loyal-blind you might notice that the game looks really uninspired.

Whatever dude, it's your money. Just be sure that you psyche yourself way way up so that the endorphins don't wear off before the realization that you just wasted $60 +tax sets in.

offers nothing new? Apparently 16 person multiplayer is nothing new. Whats wrong with getting excited over one's favorite game? In case you haven't noticed EVERY big game coming out this year is a sequel. So unless you plan on sitting at home fingering yourself, I am sure you will eat your own argument and buy either, GTA, MGS, GOW, RFOM, KZ2 or some other big sequel.

BTW $60 doesn't break the bank and I only buy games that I know I will play for longggg periods of time, which this one will definitely take awhile.
