We all know Guitar Hero is super successful, but where is the series going? Activision CEO Bobby Kotick talked about the future of the series.
Kotick brought up getting Guitar Hero into Asian markets and using Blizzard's experience with their games to help them. Their strategy is not with a retail release, but with getting Guitar Hero into internet and gaming cafes.
Guitar Hero is also a franchise in Activision's "product categories that are line extensions." Could this mean new instruments? More band themed games? DJ Hero?
Time will tell. What we do know is that the Guitar Hero cow's udders are ready and they need'a milkin'.
