Take-Two Stock Soars, EA's Falls

Posted February 25, 2008 - By Stephen Johnson

If you've diversified your investment portfolio into Take-Two stock (instead of the Llama farms and timeshare condos we're stuck with) today is your lucky day: Take-Two's stock has soared to $26 a share, from around $17 a share on Friday.

Electronic Arts, who hopes to take over the company, has seen their stock fall $1.77 to $47.97.

According to Forbes (who know a lot more about stocks than we do), the rise in Take-Two's prices indicates that "the bigger firm has targeted its prey with enough firepower to bring it down."
