If your Wii has been gathering dust lately, blow that thing off, sucka: Not only is Super Smash Bros. Brawl coming March 9th, Wii Fit and WiiWare both have American release dates!
Nintendo announced today that the fitness-simulator will be out on May 19th, and WiiWare, the original downloadable games channel, will be coming at ya on May 12th.
Wii Fit, if you're not in the know, comes with a unique (and very cool) board that weighs you and checks your balance. (We call it the Fat Mat.) Gamers will use the accompanying program to keep track of their fitness goals and hopefully quit being a lardass. While you might not be too into fitness, think of the possibilities with skateboarding and/or snowboarding games. When combined with the motion sensing, it could be unbelievable.
WiiWare will allow the downloading of original, smaller games to your Wii. It's like Xbox Live Arcade, but more Wii-riffic.
