Folks like Avril Lavigne, Slash, Wilmer Valderrama, and Ed McMahon all have had houses on the market for a while and have been forced to drop their asking price. TheFeed is sad to learn that, for instance, Avril will only be getting $5,800,000 for her five-bedroom, six-bath house in Beverly Hills.
