Yahoo! Music will be shutting down its subscription-based, unlimited music program and sending its users a-packin' to Rhapsody.

The movie should happen in the "first half of 2008". Users will find themselves subject to higher-prices at Rhapsody, but thankfully, Rhapsody is a "PlaysForSure" service, which means most users with devices that they threw their Yahoo! tracks on will be able to do the same with Rhapsody tracks.

Sorry, Yahoo! Maybe if Microsoft buys you they can bring it back with Zune support!
