Yesterday, the expansion to PlayStation 3's flying around and shooting others simulator Warhawk apparently slipped out (a day earlier than was planned) and was, reportedly, free of charge for a brief period due to a credit card glitch.
The new content pack, which is available now for $7.99, features a new map, new layouts, and a new vehicle.
The new map, "Omega Factory," is both the biggest map and the first night-time map released for the game. The new plane: The KT-424 Combat Dropship, which can transport a squad of troops and a ground vehicle and boasts a strong new mobile turret.
Get it! Fly! Fight!

Warhawk is played on a much grander scale, bigger than most FPS maps.
And almost everyone agrees Halo's 3 maps for 10 dollars was a rip.
As for the 1 map thing, its really a few maps in one since they use 1 huge map and break it down into different places to play for different scenerios so im not conserned that its only 1. Besides it looks really cool.
NEW MAP, NEW LAYOUTS, NEW VEHICLE, for $8,
I think it's great. More Warhawk fun.
You obviously have never played Warhawk.
