Comedy website SomethingAwful.com is no stranger to lawsuit threats, but this one is pretty crazy.
Ubisoft wants to sue Richard "Lowtax" Kyanka because one of the SA forum goons posted a picture (that someone completely unrelated to SA drew) featuring a likeness of Assassin's Creed producer, Jade Raymond, engaged in sexual activity.
Somehow, this is Lowtax's fault and he got himself a nice letter from Ubisoft's legal eagles telling him to take down an image he didn't create, host, or have anything to do with other than operate a website in which it was posted by a random user.
