New Games This Week...

The greatest year in the history of games continues this week with the release of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga, and Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games. Also making a splash this week is the PC arrival of Gears of War and Aqua Teen Hunger Force: Zombie Ninja Pro-Am. Since COD4 is a shooter i would suggest getting on the 360, the controller just seems to work better for shooters than the PS3. But anything else I would go with the PS3.

I don't think there is a difference Shizorogue.

I think it's better actually more simple with ps3 controllers.

Plus, online is free plus 18 players for multiplayer instead of 16 players for the 360.

HOWEVER, GO WITH THE OPTION THAT BEST SUITS YOU, BOTH VERSIONS WILL BE FUN ANYWAY.

WHEN IS HAZE coming out?

and who the heck is gonna buy hannah montana?

Actually, Both versions, Xbox 360 and PS3 have the same number of players.
They both have 16 players max, except on Ground War gametype which has 18 players max. On BOTH consoles.
Says so on the official website

Hey, i am not saying that the game will not be that fun on the PS3. I am just saying that shooters in general are better on the 360. I love my PS3, but R:FOM, was kind of weak to me,(as a shooter) Warhawk was much better, but still did not give me the desired controller scheme that the 360 would have. However, I think that A.Creed, and Devel M.C.4 will be better on the PS3. Haze, while it looks great, and Killzone2, which looks to be the best looking shooter coming, would be better suited on the 360 controller. Just my two cents, and opinion, which are like butholes, everybody has one.

Fire Emblem is coming out this week!? wow Nintendo hyped that even less than Metroid :P sadly no COD for me, gotta use money to buy Super Mario Galaxy when it comes :_( COD will probably be under the Christmas tree this year lol

anyone up for some "My French Coach" or "My Spanish Coach" for the DS?

@Schizorogue tho that is true the thing is that while my Ps3 is hooked up to the internet for some reason my X-box360 won't but I'll see what happens either way can't wait to get it also.... why are they still making Yu-gi-oh! games.... and on a console no less????

shooters are definitely best on the 360 cause you actually get a trigger button. i can't stand that they didn't change the ps3 controller from the ps2 controller, it's so akward sometimes.

CoD4 is gonna be damn good, and hard to beat with the level of realism.
But Assassins Creed is so fresh and new. With it and Kane and Lynch now coming out on Nov. 13, the next two weeks will be INSANE!!!

Since I picked up GH 3 weekend, I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't buy anymore games until after the Christmas debt enslavement ends. It's going to be a hard month and a half...I better get some good games this year.

Believe it or not, games were actually about games, not about what company had the most cash to buy 'exclusives' (remember, that word doesn't exist when made in reference to gaming) and to pay everyone to get excited over a certain first person shooter.
