David Benioff, who wrote Troy, is taking a crack at writing a movie about the life of Kurt Cobain based, at least partially, on Charles Cross' 2001 book "Heavier Than Heaven." Also interesting about the project is that Cobain's widow Courtney Love, is on board the project as one of the Executive Producers.
There's no word on whether Courtney will appear onscreen as herself, but, with the extensive plastic surgery she's had since Kurt's death, she probably will look less like herself than an actor they might hire to play her. Besides, we all know she can't act. Benioff, incidentally, also wrote Wolverine.
We'd so much rather see these movies combined, it's not even funny.
