There are few things you can count on in this life. Death, taxes, and the curse of the Madden games. This weekend, like clockwork, Madden NFL '08 cover athlete Vince Young, quarterback of the Tennessee Titans, left the game against the Houston Texans this Sunday with a quadriceps injury. There's no timetable for his return, but the conventional wisdom says he'll be out at least a week or so.
If TheFeed were a physical specimen of an athlete, and they asked us to be on the front cover of Madden...we would respectfully decline.* And then we'd recommend someone we REALLY didn't like to be on the cover of the game, like Terrell Owens or Tony Romo...or how about the whole Cowboys team? That would be awesome.
*This is a lie. We would totally do it.
