i heard they're adding a "prayer mode" too, where you can take a 5-minute prayer break and refresh on pizza and soda with your youth group. afterwards you can join a halo chat room where can accept baby jesus as your lord and savior. i think you get a cool gamerpic for joining.

Thank u god I used to want to quit everytime I saw Shotty Snipe and the little gay people who wanna only run around with a shotgun and sniper is ridiculous I hate it I havent played Galo in like 2 days becuz im sick of shotty snipe argggggggh i jus wanna punch someone at Bungie why cant it be like Gears of War u select the map u want, u select the mode u want, that simple why does it have to be random there are enough people to where the games will fill up becuz I kno on Gears of War every1 wants to be host thats why it takes so long sometimes

how about a a team gametype that only allows 1 respawn per person then respawns everyone once one team is dead? like counterstrike.... it would encourage teamwork

I HATE shotty snipers. Much prefer ppl w/ the balls to come at me than to take cheap shots at a distance. I've found when you get closer to them they suddenly aren't so good. I tend to only countersnipe so i'm not as good. Even still, you don't see the talent of people until you get em 1v1.

yeah i wish it was like counter strike where you see a game and how many people are in it and you can choose which one you want, not this random crap. now if you want a custom game you have to invite your friends in, so if no ones online your screwed. I still love halo of cousre lol theres just alot wrong with the way the multyplayer is set up. Still some pretty fun games though (manofteal knows) lol

i dunno about 3 games but at least 2, and shotty snipers is not a bad game but it gets old quick especially on maps that arent really made for it. give me a sniper on sandtrap and im OK

I hate shotty snipes. It is holding my ranking back because i have got it all the time and i suck with snipes. Now what we need to do is machine gun me down it becomes a lot harder. So bring it on see you on the battlefield. And get ready to be pwnd.

oh my god thank god they did that but! now with me and my clan we play team slayer in ranked and social and we have only been able to get pit,snowbound and narrows and we allways veto narrow and get pit or snow bound or get them on our first try and they need to make it just like gears of war you got to pick with type map you wanted to join

Yeah, I feel like I'm renting the game from Bungie the way I can't pick the game mode and map I want to play and have to rely on the retarded servers to pick for me.

That's why Halo 3 quickly stopped being played in favor of the Team Fortress 2 beta.

I'm sorry, but the orange box looks boring to me. Portal doesn't interest me at all, just not my thing. Team fortress 2 is basically a cartoonish DoD or Battlefield, so been there done that. I already have Half-life 2 and the first episode so the only interesting thing on there (for me at least) is the episode 2. Half life just feels played out to me anyway. It's kinda sad that it still relies on a health pack system. I thought we'd moved on from that about 6 years ago. It's vehicles are uninspiring and aren't that fun to drive and it has the same generic weapons every shooter has with the exception of the gravity gun, which is became less cool when games like Doom 3 (another archaic franchise) copied it.

No they don't. Doom 3 was terrible. The AI was stupid as the original, the guns were the same old crap, you can't even hold a separate weapon and throw a grenade and it wasn't even scary. I mean they still had monster closets. monster closets!!!! oooooh no! i walk on a certain spot and the wall magically opens up and a monster runs out at me. wow, thats blood chilling stuff right there. Doom was crap and it wasted 10 hours of my life, hours I will never get back.

All of you guys suck stop your bickering about what kinda of game types there are. Bungie has gave us a great game they have worked hard, and they will change the playlists as the weeks pass. This is only the firsted, and myself opinion they should put of a patch to fix the ar because the whole game turn in to a ar fight. Or the need to fix the br to match the carbine like in halo 2. So stop crying about what game tpye your are playing because it dont matter what tpye I am playing I will still beat you. The tag is GangStar417 but am a 50 in lone wolfs any time kids

I think they are pit, the one with the purple beam, high ground, and the snow board. those are the main games I end up playing, there are like 15 maps but if I wanna match make I have to deal with those main four. also I want a big team battle slayer on a really big board with all the vehicles. I'm not really into the strategy and even when I do play I constantly have to play territories, or the one where u arm the bomb. what happened to capture the flag. BUNGIE GREAT GAME CONSIDERING!

i never understood why its randomized so much. why isnt there a real search engine for games with a list of games to choose from.

you just have to hit x and hope for the match you want to play...and you won't get it.

thank god for less shotty snipes im tired of having to use that downgraded piece of shit they call a shotgun im not saying it totally sucks but it was a great weapon in halo 2 but they downgraded the range and the shell capacity but did the fire power up so if you happend to be in a mid range situation the shotgun would be the last thing on my mind
