Unreal Tournament III was a timed console exclusive for the PlayStation 3 in 2007. It appears that it might be in 2008, with the 360 version.
The PC version is still expected to ship in November, but Midway's financial report shows that it could slip to 2008.
Epic's Mark Rein has posted on Epic's forums, stating:
"As a public company, Midway felt an obligation to its shareholders to let them know about the possibility of a delay. But our goal is still to get the PS3 version of UT3 in stores before the end of 2007. However, we will only ship it once it?s ready and is the best game we can deliver. The PC version is still on track for a November release."

The PS3 also makes a great door stop and some people have converted into a BBQ grill.
It's good to see the PS3 coming to some practical use since it's use as a gaming machine is apparently not a priority due to a severe lack of games.

yes, i heard about the dlc but the ps3 gets it for free because it fits on the blu-ray disk. do you really think ms is going to just give it away for free, i doubt it.
and according to the gamestop website the 360 version is also coming out in 08. the release date is listed as 02/01/08.
