Available for the PC version of the game, the collector's edition features:

The limited collector's edition will be available in "limited quantity" at select retailers for a suggested retail price in the U.S. of $59.95, available November 2007.
The game is scheduled to come out for PC, PS3, and Mac (!) in November, with the 360 version dropping in early 2008.
