Liberty Media's Starz Media has inked a deal to digitally distribute its library of anime movies and TV shows on Microsoft's Xbox Live Marketplace and Amazon.com's Unbox. This means that such titles as Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Street Fighter, Astro Boy, Virus, Noein and Tokko will be viewable on the XBox Live anime channel in the future.
In addition to those titles, you'll be able to get titles from Manga Entertainment along with pics The Evil Dead and The Hills Have Eyes, the Masters of Horror series, Hellboy Animated: Sword of Storms and TV series like Tripping the Rift on Unbox, for download on PCs or TiVo digital video recorders. Huzzah!
