The KillaCycle is the fastest electric motorcycle on Earth. Its 137 lbs. of battery generate enough speed for the bike to go 0 to 60 in a mind-numbing .97 seconds, and tops out at 158MPH. During a demo of the bike's prowess, doing a burnout, inventor Bill Dube was thrown from the bike into a close-by minivian.
The accident happened when the back wheel of the bike locked up on Dube, sending him flying through the air, and into the parked minivan. Luckily, Dube was breathing and moving all of his fingers and toes after the accident, when he was taken away by Los Angeles EMTs.
NOTE: Dube was not wearing any protective gear or a helmet at the time of the crash, which is just dumb. NEVER get on a motorcycle without this stuff.
