The Xbox 360 Hates Even The Mention Of Linux

In a rather Gestapo-esque move, Microsoft has put barriers in place to prevent anyone from using their Xbox live account to promote competing OS, Linux. Whenever users try to create handles which include the words “Linux,” “Unix” or variations thereof, they get the error message, “Your motto contains inappropriate language. Please try again.”

In related news, when users attempt to create Xbox Live accounts with any variation of the word “Playstation” their Xbox 360s display the red ring of death right after a message appears telling them that they have voided the warranty of their consoles.
