Suzanne Somers is set to direct the live-action G.I. Joe movie for Paramount Pictures
Much like the smash hit Transformers movie, G.I. Joe is based on Hasbro's line of action figures. It also spawned an animated TV series in the ‘80s and line of Marvel Comics.
The studio has set a February production date for a summer 2009 release and…oh wait, it’s Stephen Sommers?
