Wu Tang Clan’s GZA has apparently asked Wu-affiliate Killah Priest to record an entire collaboration album together.
“GZA’s calling me to do an album together,” Killah Priest told HipHopGame. “He called me before the album dropped and he said, ‘Yo, god, let’s do this together.’ He wants to knock out a bunch of joints and I’m with it. That’s going to happen. That would be a treat for me and I think for him as well. He called me up and he was excited and I am too. I don’t think niggas are ready for that at all. We’ll take over.”
GZA introduced the world to Killah Priest when he put “B.I.B.L.E.” on his now-classic Liquid Swords album.
Priest, who is appearing at the Future Ape Festival in the OC this weekend to kick off his latest album The Offering, also mentioned he appears on Wu Tang’s upcoming new album 8 Diagrams.
Of course, you guys all remember his killer Freestyle 101 banger, right?
