Within the fictional Bionic Woman universe, candidates for Bionic super-powers are chosen in advance by criteria that makes them suitable for secret government ops – physical fitness, IQ, coordination and the like.

This test determines whether the user is a bionic candidate based on their performance. It's also fun, in a Brain Age kind of way.
