According to analysts at the NPD group, Nintendo was by far the sales winner in June. The Nintendo DS sold 561,000 units for the month and Wii pulled sold 381,000. Microsoft sold 198,000 Xbox 360s, which is 100,000 more consoles than Sony's PlayStation 3s. Around 98,000 PS3s were sold.
Surprisingly, the third highest selling console was the PSP, which raked in 290,000 in sales. The Game Boy Advance attracted 113,000 customers as well, which means the PS3 is being outsold by the Game Boy Advance...
We bet holiday sales will boost the PS3s numbers massively.
