Rachel Begg was found to have used her cellphone nine different times in the 15 minutes prior to the accident, which took place on a dark, rainy night while she was driving nearly 70 miles-per-hour.
Begg was recently found guilty and sentenced to four years in prison. She’ll contest the sentence, but is likely to still get time…. unless she “Beggs” the judge for forgivenesss!
